Brenna Miller discovered her passion for body movement therapy starting with salsa dance lessons & yoga in 2006. She went onto experience and study many different modalities of movement cultivating her practice with each new journey. Through her trainings from many brilliant teachers she has earned her 500 hour Yoga certification in Hatha & Rasamaya Yoga (Chakra & Emotion based Yoga), 50 hour Meridian Yoga certification, 64 hour Anatomy in Clay certification, Pilates Beginner through Advanced Mat certifications, Pilates Beginner Apparatus certification, Pfilates (Pelvic Floor Pilates) certification, and Thai Yoga Bodywork certification. She has taken minor trainings on Nutrition, MS and Breast Cancer and also works with cancer survivors through the LIVESTRONG program at the YMCA. Throughout her career as a Body Movement Instructor in many different and fun modalities she has also found a love working with seniors at local assisted living facilities. She is also trained and certified as a group exercise instructor specializing in Balance and Strength Training for any age group. Brenna embraces the knowledge that she has gained and enjoys sharing with others. She believes through a healthy practice that one is able to exchange stress, trauma and fear for vitality, peace and joy.
