This beginners’ class will provide you with an introduction to crystals, their care and identification, their uses for health and healing, and a method of working with stones to reveal their purpose and mission in your life.

Crystals will be provided for you to work with in class and you are give one to take home to practice with long with a manual.

An Introduction and Exploration of Crystal Energy

February 25th 6-8pm, $45

Sometimes know as "meditation in motion" with its beautiful flowing moves.
The aim of this course is for you to feel more relaxed and positive about yourself as well as give you a taste of what Taijiquan is. You will also learn how to do Meridian Qigong, a technique which you will be able to do any time you wish. Qigong can be thought of as, "Energy Cultivation". Qigong, like Taijiquan has many health benefits relaxation being just one of them. They can be practiced together or separate, and they require little space to practice.Sometimes know as "meditation in motion" with its beautiful flowing moves.

This is a 6week course: Saturday : Feb.23- March 30  10am - 11:30am
