With the holidays right around the corner, lets create some infusions with herbs and spices to add to drinks, baking or a gift for your host. I will share with you some of my favorites: Pumpkin spice and Apple pie.

* Bring your own vodka, rum and or bourbon (enough for two 8oz jars )
*I will provide you with jars for infusing your blend
*Recipes along with herbs and spices to create our own.

Sometimes know as "meditation in motion" with its beautiful flowing moves.
The aim of this course is for you to feel more relaxed and positive about yourself as well as give you a taste of what Taijiquan is. You will also learn how to do Meridian Qigong, a technique which you will be able to do any time you wish. Qigong can be thought of as, "Energy Cultivation". Qigong, like Taijiquan has many health benefits relaxation being just one of them. They can be practiced together or separate, and they require little space to practice.Sometimes know as "meditation in motion" with its beautiful flowing moves.
